A few weeks after the release of the Apple iPad Pro, Amazon has revealed its plan to launch the new Fire tablet which will cost around $50.

The retail biggie has said that its latest 7 inch invention will consist of an 8GB of storage, 1024 x 600 touch screen resolution, a Micro SD slot and a seven hour battery life.

The tablet will have a front facing VGA and a rear camera of 2MP and it connects to a computer device with 2.0 USB. With this new launch Amazon strives to introduce a budget tablet. By this move the company wishes to compete against it contenders by bearing hardware costs which will eventually induce a sales boost in its online stores.

Amazon is also ready to introduce a buy 5 and get the 6th free scheme to attract consumers. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos stated that Today, we're taking another step in our mission to deliver premium products at non-premium prices," It is also being said that Fire will be backed by the Amazon content ecosystem, Amazon Underground and the Mayday screen sharing which makes the tablet exceed expectations at the cost it comes with.
